Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. A published figure has a source or an assumption, and both can need updating.
What to send
- A correction. A figure that has moved, a handover date that has passed, an approval step that has changed. Include the source you are relying on and the page you found it on — corrections are applied and the page's updated date is changed.
- A question about something on the site. If a guide or a calculator is unclear, that is a defect in the writing and worth reporting.
- A missing community or topic. The corridor covers more than eight communities and there are subjects this site has not reached yet.
What this site cannot help with
- Property-specific advice. Your plot, your building and your scope are specific. Structural, legal and financial decisions need a qualified professional who has seen them.
- Contractor recommendations. No fit-out firms, designers or suppliers are listed, recommended or ranked here, and no introduction will be made. See what this site is.
- A quotation. The budget calculator produces a planning range from published market figures. It is not a price and nobody here can give you one.
- Approvals on your behalf. The process guides describe the published route. Submissions require a registered consultant.
This is an editorial mailbox, not a sales line. There is no service-level commitment — messages are read and answered when they need an answer, and corrections take priority over questions.
Before you write
If your question is about a cost, check the rates guide and the calculator first — it shows the published band and any additions you enter. If it is about approvals, check the Trakhees guide. If it is about a material failing, check the coastal guides.
